This is why the parents should be banged up alongside their offspring.

They are in fact responsible for paying any fines levied on dependent "children" under 18, including the mandatory "victim surcharge" that must be applied even when no fine is levied.

This has resulted in bizarre cases where children have been shopped by or done harm to their own parents, and the parents have been told to pay their fines.

Yeah, but,

I'm mildly surprised the scrote on the grass didn't die of a burst aorta or similar; he'll certainly have cracked some ribs. It doesn't take much speed for an impact with something like a lamppost to be fatal.

Birmingham Dibble are literally victimblaming.

The victimblamed are overflowing with "supportive comments and gratitude", apparently. Rolling Eyes

Still, numbers collected by people collecting numbers to show their success successfully show their success, so there's that.

I want to see cctv of this one:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-41559472

Quote:
Six robbers fled on a single moped after a smash-and-grab raid at a high-end jewellers in central London.

They arrived on three scooters but abandoned one at the scene and crashed another in nearby Oxford Street.

A Met Police spokesman said following the Oxford Street crash "the suspects who were on that moped were then picked up before all six fled on a single remaining moped".

Ah hah, but now 90% of bikes that haven't been stolen yet are secured!

Yes, but you see, when the President police do it, that means it's not illegal.

Well, you can't say that the thieves aren't environmentally conscious: they're now riding six to a scootay. Thumbs Up

Annoyingly I actually warned my neighbour just a couple of weeks back that I'd spotted some kids on peds scoping out the area recently. Literally left my bike for one bloody day unchained.

I'd half assumed I was safe, given my bike is neither a moped, nor valuable.

More fool me!

Police have literally closed the case immediately!

Yeah, Hornchurch.

Had a good look around the local dodgy areas on the off chance, I've found a bike that way before. Not this time sadly.

Sounds like it's been found burned out just down the road from me, apparently too far gone to identify (by people who don't know bikes I should add).

Got a mate heading there to have a look.
