We're going to have to, although I'm now less dedicated to this thread because caliper thread, the joys. Work postponed until possible albeit the materials are sitting waiting having since been delivered.

So what tool do I need to gap plugs correctly since this set of feeler gauges has one more 0 than I need?

Something like this?

Sure, that'll do it, although only a tiny part of that 0.5mm to 2.55mm scale is actually useful.

I'd prefer a set of gauges, as they're more generally useful.

Your current set of gauges, how thick are they in total? I mean, all added up together.

Couple of quid is a small price to pay. Well, compared to the £27 or £45 labour costs I've paid in the past every time I've walked into the shop for the Arrow.

I believe I has these ones:

I'm probably overthinking a simple question, it's late and I'm past my best.

Does this help?

Those blades are each too small, you'd have to put a few of them together to make up your required thickness - say, 0.2, plus 0.3, plus 0.1, plus 0.09, to make up 0.69mm. Or 0.38 plus 0.3, to make up 0.68mm.

And that's assuming the feeler blades are the right thickness - plenty of sets aren't what they say Mad

You can get by with the feelers you have now, but it's a little bit easier with a bigger set that has blades up to 2mm thick or whatever.
