Since everyone (generalising) seems to suddenly be a boxing fan again, let's introduce a bright talent. This guy is being touted as the next great thing. As with everything, the rug can get pulled, but to his credit, I ain't never seen this in the ring. The likes of Mayweather who without a doubt is unreal never stood in the pocket trading like this. You actually have to watch his slow mo stuff to appreciate it fully, matrix level stuff.

Definitely a new type of boxing, his footwork is unique. Still only 9 pro bouts and not against anyone of particular note. Long way to go before pound for pound starts getting mentioned. I think his age will catch up with him before he can make any serious inroads due to boxing politics though.

Sort of covered in the second vid I posted. Heavy hands do not count for anything if they cannot land. As to his power, he is putting guys away as well as making them quit His body shots hurt my liver to watch.

One cue to how boxing is interpreting him, apparently lots of gyms are now trying to emulate him.

The trouble is, boxing is very tight knit and your face has to fit.
Promoters run boxing, skill is secondary to your marketability.
