Hi All

Well, after almost 7 years, the Enfield has gone, which meant of course there was a gap to fill in the garage Laughing I've missed riding a cruiser, and when I had to ride my stepsons XVS650 to the garage for him, and missed it even more ..

So, here it is, my new toy, a Hyosung ST7

Shock horror, it's not chinese !! Laughing Now, all I have to hope is that, being Korean, it doesn't take after Samsung, and spontaneously combust !! Very Happy

Looks like the current Indian Scout, and that's no bad thing as cruisers go. Enjoy your new bike. Middle Finger

The key to having one of these bikes though, what did you pay for it?

Not entirely sure what that's all about, but hey, can't expect too much from someone who took an age to get beyond 2nd gear !!, and sulked because more people showed more interest in his arrow, than his current steed Laughing

Kinda like.

Nitpicking though the rear shocks look like they should be black to match the rest, so do the pipes. They look a bit like found in a parts bin and bolted on as they are.

Great minds think alike Thumbs Up , like you I have a Honley RX3 and I have also been the owner of a Hyosung since 2011.
I have a Hyosung GT 250r .
Mine has been very reliable, however , just like Chinese bikes, I have found the support network less than satisfactory.

My Hyosung has done LE-JOG three times and the four points and the only problem was a broken chain.

Not my type of bike is all. Plus Hyosung, to me.. from what I've read, have never had the best UK part support. But hey, it's not my four grand. Whatever makes you happy.

Pay my comment as much importance as it's due in your opinion. I typed it for giggles but you've gone over board to full butt hurt, congrats.

You dug the thread up about second gear or you around at the time? Regardless just shows more but hurt. I rode how I rode and it got me from A to be just fine, suits me. Not really of importance to update with the internet (re: how my riding's get on) is there? What was that like 6 months ago? Lulz.

Sulked? Now you're making assumptions without a citation. Tut Tut

The Arrow was a piece of shit and it cutting out three times in rain on any old commute on the way home was the last straw as to why I moved away from it. Wouldn't go back to something incapable of exceeding 40mph if I got paid. Seen faster scooters.

Indeed Thumbs Up Oh, have you seen Hyosung and Qingqi have teamed up, looks like new GV125's & 250's at least may well be built by Qingqi. Should be fine, as they seem to be one of the better chinese manufacturers.
