Hi, the answer to your question really is in what I have already written. I am happy to chat about this stuff but I'm really not interested in getting into an internet argument. My suggestion (and I am well aware that you have no reason to believe that I have any more knowledge of the subject than anyone else on the internet) would be for you to remove it from your bike though.
I'm not wishing to have an argument, your obviously saying it is no good and I am saying it has improved my low end issues.
Prior to fitting it bike was a pig.
After fitting it bike is smooth at low revs.

I'm all for calling out products that are crap like rainpal but what you have said is not the experience for me and other gsxs owners who have fitted it.

I think it's a crude hack to fix an issue which bike manufacturers shouldn't send bikes out with anyway. The problem with crude hacks is that they can be so crude they do more harm than good - in fixing your issues, it may be causing a more critical problem elsewhere in the range. If you're not having issues then great, but I'd say best advice is to have it checked on dyno, just like you would with a PFC.

If your bike is running lean at idle and off-idle then fitting anything that manipulates the mixture to the richer will improve that.

It'd be interesting to see if it reduces power. But since it doesn't claim to increase it, I'd be more interested in just shoving an exhaust gas analyser up the bike's wazoo and see what happens when rolling on, rolling off, and at constant throttle.

Any MOT garage will be equipped to do that, rather than a specialist dyno place.

So, as the owner of a bike that has been identified as a positive recipient of this device, why don't you buy one and run round to your local MOT station?

Sounds like the fabled 'enabling the fifth injector' on Sierra RS500s - gives some extra power somewhere, but mainly shit fuel consumption.

rs500 had 8 injectors.

only 4 were piped up from the factory.
homologation special so the touring cars could run silly boost and make 500 to 600 bhp for an hour or 2 but within the rules.
like the alfa spoiler kit .
some places did mess with the cold start side of stuff but it made stuff shit.

Covered earlier: the degree of herky-jerky on mine doesn't bother me enough that I feel the need. If some hero were to step up and put their money where my mouth is, I'd applaud their sacrifice though.

It's £120 and Roger is a Jock, that's why he won't buy one. Laughing
