Why can't they just go speeding on the dual carriageway or race each other on the empty roads in the middle of nowhere like normal people would? Confused

I have seen this crew or a variation of 5-6 off roaders plus a couple of quads several times, they tear up and down main roads in and out of town, skipping lights and nearly hitting people often. Police do nothing.

There was a similar thing to the Birmingham Halloween thing here too.
