Recently bought a 2002 cbr600f. I've never tried to adjust the suspension on a bike before, but seen as I'm likely to have this bike for a while thought it worth trying to get the suspension to suit me.

Just after a baseline setting for a 100kg 6ft4 lump, for a sporty but not too harsh ride, if anyone can advise.

Cheers.

1.) Download zip file

2.) Extract PDF

3.) Read PDF

4.) Follow instructions

5.) ?????

6.) Profit.

(sorry it has to be a zip because the PDF is just a *mite* too large for a forum attachment - It's safe, honest).

All the best,

Crown Prince Aguba III of Nigeria.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Also, correct tyre pressure adds to the riding comfort as well. The numbers written on the tyre are not the recommended tyre pressure. Those numbers are the maximum values. Thumbs Up
