Oh, I forgot I own a horse!

How do you forget you own a horse? Well, your daughter buys one and loses her job and can't keep up the payments (horse bought on never never Shocked ). In steps daddy to pay off said horse which she has never paid me back so I own a horse.

Meet Pegasus Gold. An ex American race horse who was pretty crap at doing what racehorses are meant to do so was sold off cheap. (Their cheap is not my cheap and he's still bloody quick for 1 horse power)

Do shrimp actually have personalities?
I mean, character.
Is one more risible than another?
Do they do discernibly more shrimplike activities than, say, crayfish?

Not as such. They are however very good at making sure that the goldfish crap does not reach dangerously toxic levels in the tank.

And the latest animal - Arlo. He's an arsehole and likes to eat things he shouldn't, like bike leathers.

I know I need to GTFO but I don't get multiple cat owners or their logic of having selfish animals that make the hairs on my neck stand up in full uncomfortable freaked out mode? And they say cats are supposed to make people more relaxed?

I do have a 2ft high golden Eagle, but it's unfortunately a concrete one.

I'd fucking love a huge flying predatory beast taking over my garden though! Laughing

I don't get cats, and I don't get people that arnt mad keen about big birds of prey. Mind you I suppose you can't like and have them both as the felines would get munched for lunch too often I guess?

Very big oops! I got a quite annoyed with them, poor little thing.

Yeah Rex's are so soft its unreal, and they have a lovely temperament.

Arlo is really friendly too, but he wont leave my feet alone and he chewed my bike leathers so we arent friends. Haha. (OK maybe we are a bit...)

What about pets you don't actually own?

https://i58.servimg.com/u/f58/15/13/82/47/img_2037.jpg

Ginger and blacky, fighting over who gets to spray the bike today. Blacky thinks he* lives here, he meows at the back door. Ginger just sleeps in the garden, until I wake him* up working on the bike, he then leaves after staring at me for a bit.

*I assume they're tomcats, there's another cat who likes the garden, that bitch sprays the bike whenever Evil or Very Mad

Borrow a dog for a few days - Jack Russels seem to put the fear of god into cats. They just sit on the fence and smirk at my German Shepherd though.

Hmmm? Not always, my cat bit the local Jack Russel on the bollocks and drew blood Shocked
Needless to say, that was one Jack Russel that was not so keen to be the big boy anymore Laughing

But yes in the main cats don't like them.
