1966 b100p no gas flowing in carb

I have a b100p Suzuki . Gas line on and no gas will flow through the gas line. Disconnect from carb and gas does flow through the line freely.Any idea what in the carb could cause it?

Sounds like the float valve is stuck closed or badly adjusted OR and I'm not sure if it's got a gauze filter on the bottom of the fuel inlet of the carb but Suzuki did this on some of their 2t bikes and it often gets missed. Take the float bowl off the carb and try blowing thru the inlet pipe. With the floats in the down position it should flow. If not it's one of the above
