It's not the damage to the car you should concern yourself with, it's the personal injuries you inflicted, you death driver you.

That's on the road by looks of it, not that it makes much odds.

I had a similar incident once, a woman left a note on my LR Discovery that I bashed into her Vauxhall Astra smashing it to pieces, her number was on the piece of paper and a request to call her 'if I had the balls to'.

Well I have and I did.

She came back to see me and pulled up on the opposite side of the road and started screeching at me for 10 minutes about how she had just had the car 'prepared' for her holiday and how I nearly killed her daughter who was sitting in the car at the time of the 'incident' and how her holiday would now be wrecked as the car would need to go back to the garage to be fixed up before my dangerous parking maneuver etc etc.

After the non breathe rant I asked her to show me the damage, well after a couple of minutes of her showing various different dents and scratches on the rear of her immaculate 1995 Astra I simply replied
" when I backed into the space your car was facing forward........"

Her daughter confirmed this, she went bright red Embarassed got in her car and fucked off.......................Insurance scammer caught out by her own daughter who she forgot to groom first!!!!

That's a lamppost dent.

You bumper appears to be horizontal and their dent is vertical.

I would have ignored the plicks and let them do what they want. It's clearly a lie. Schumm.

I'd have just said "Can you please wait whilst I call the police, as I think you are committing an offence of insurance fraud".

I guarantee the fkkers would make an excuse and disappear in seconds.

The damage is actually just a tiny chip on the curved part of the bonnet lip, the lines are just the light. It was already rusty, so clearly not new. Much like the other chip he tried to pass off, which also had touch up paint already applied to it.

Oh, I see it now. Yeah it's rusty. I think he deserved a punch instead of proof.

Be so amusing if they find in their favour Mr. Green

Perhaps you'll then realise just how incompetent the fuzz are. Karma

Is it a Section 172 demand to identify the driver?

Well, a bit late now that you've done it.

I hope that your response was entirely along the lines of an accusation of insurance fraud, plus a complaint of racially aggravated assault. No need to stick to the truth, since they haven't.

And now my insurer have been informed and are on the case.

He's claiming whiplash for the 2 passengers he thinks were in the vehicle at the time. The insurer, like me are not convinced they were in the vehicle when I allegedly nudged them whilst parking.

This looks like it will go to court. My word against 3 Nepalese and possible the mystery Romanian who arrived on the scene later on.

I'm glad I took those photo's now.

Why don't insurers tell these people to do one? You obviously don't get whiplash even in a real 2mph bump. Just adds to my feeling they're complicit in all this.
