Sounds like your charging circuit. Before you start throwing money at random parts, get yourself a basic multimeter and measure the voltage across the battery with the engine off, idling and revving. You'll want to see about 12.5V, 13.5V and 14.5V (but no more than 15!) under those circumstances. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

It could be your magneto/stator not generating any voltage, or your regulator/rectifier not making it usable. Best case, you could simply have a loose connection.
However, if you get yourself a multimeter and watch a few videos on how to use it, it will save you a lot of time and money in guessing. The good news is that parts for your bike are cheap and readily available, so it shouldn't cost a lot. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
