No surprisingly it doesn't for some reason.
By 'injustice' I meant the facts that insufficient money had been spent on the fire-proofing, which is the thing that the media has jumped on

When your house that you've paid for, maintained and insured (or not) out of your own wages burns down, does the State step in, pay you compo, and rehome you wherever you fancy?

That depends, is the state your landlord?

Why don't you go and ask your mummy?

She's in the next room of your heavily subsidised property which you enjoy at far below the market value for the area while bemoaning being expected to pay anything at all for room and board, if my notes are up to date.

£235 million to buy 300 ~312 homes.

212 are already available to Grenfellians. Only 37 beggars have deigned to choose one.

103 households are still living it up in hotels, 11 in serviced apartments, and 4 sponging from friends.

So I make that 155 out of... 129 flats. 129, less the ones that went human torch.

Who will eventually be given their choice of 312 properties, no doubt bitching and M.Cing all the way about how they deserve more in return for less.

Seems legit.

Progressive arithmetic.

It's not just the Grenfell residents, it's residents of neighbouring towers as well.

Also heard today on the radio about out-reach workers knocking on doors and asking leading questions about PTSD.

Among the fire brigade as well. Aren't they used to dealing with fires? Eh?

Big memorial service, royal family, first news item yesterday.
Wonder if it was also held for the made up dead ones.

Media has generally been very quiet on that fraudulent scandal. Funny that.

It's likely a career limiting offence for any legacy media journo to say "Waaaait a second, those numbers don't add up. Some of those spongers have got to be scamming spongers."

Although Katie Hopkins doesn't have much to lose at the moment.

Who in the legacy media has been pointing out that some-to-many of the Grenfell "refugees" must be economic migrants?

Does anyone actually care about this tower outside of London?

Sounds like metropolitan problems to me.

I'd have to say, other than the very-liberal-lefty-media, very few people in London give a flying f*ck ......

London has bigger problems it wants to talk about, not necessarily (with all due respect) an isolated fire, in a area that very few people can afford to live in .........

People putting erroneous claims into the council for extra cash, are also a definite bone of contention .... given the "socio-economic" grouping of the people that lived there ..........
