They were talking about a single car having started the blaze, if that's the case would their insurer be liable? Imagine having to declare that claim.

I spent around 5 hours within spitting distance of that incident last night.
Thankfully there weren't any injuries though I'm amazed that there wasn't. Not just in the fire itself but also in the surrounding area as there were mini explosions occurring every few seconds and debris appeared to be flying in all directions.
I fully expected to be evacuated from the restaurant in which I was dining and half-hoped that it may happen just before the bill arrived!
On a plus point, the fire was more spectacular than the rather dismal official Liverpool firework display over The Mersey Estuary at midnight.

Compo claimants, the next generation.

Nice reporting by Al Beeb. They don't bother to mention what Miracle Mum there or her 'husband' do for a living. What a curious omission, it just plays into the hands of alt-Nazis who will assume that they do the square root of sod all except claim and consume. Tut Tut

They also fail to mention that she's accepted an offer of a permanent taxpayer provided home, making it unavailable to anyone else, but has refused to sign the tenancy or move in.

It's almost as though that article was written by... oh, right a Grauniad journo-activist.

Ms Williams, 52, who lives in West Kensington and co-founded the Justice 4 Grenfell group, said the campaigners were approached by a creative advertising agency, which had the idea to copy the Oscar-nominated film.

I take it that most of the 159 (127 - 71) households are still holding out for the 4 bed semi that they're owed while they spend their compo chaaaridy monies.

Wonder how that one plays out... Anyone got an old Atari 2600?

Stormzy asks May "Where's the money for Grenfell?"
Thought they already were getting £££.
This is why all these awards ceremonies wind me up. Celebrities and rap artists thinking they know more than politicians. You don't see May doing a hip-hop tribute so why the other way round.

"WHY has this video been taken down from everywhere last night ... and ALL news media have edited out the full freestyle --- specially the opening part ABOUT "ILLUMINATI AND CHEMTRAILS" !!! You bend truth and cover tracks liars !!"

Shocked

I want to hear what wise words Stormzy has to say about chemtrails and the illuminati. And then we'd get to see how Jeremy Corbyn reacts on the Twitters.

"Congratulations @Stormzy1 for winning your first #BRIT award, and what a powerful performance. #Grenfell"
