Anyone used a Stahlbus Oil Drain Valve / Slump plug on their bike? How did it behave good? Bad?

Looks like a good way of avoiding getting oil everywhere, but any real world experience of these in use would be appreciated.

It looks like a neat solution - especially for a bike like my pan where changing oil necessitates making a custom shaped funnel out of tin foil to avoid it running all over the exhaust.

The main thing I'd worry about is making the drain plug sit proud of the underneath of the oil pan increasing the likelihood of damage (thinking stones kicked up by the front wheel rather than grounding - if you ground that you've probably got bigger problems)- in some cars/bikes it points sideways which wouldn't be such an issue.
