Well, it looks like the stator on my bike has failed. Wildly varying voltages across all three phases (70v, 50v, 40v) @ ~5000rpm and the battery is no longer charging (voltage output too low). Resistance between all three pins is 0.9-1.0 ohm.

Regulator looks OK from what I can tell. ~0.5v one way on the diode tests in the correct directions, nothing the wrong way around.

As far as I'm aware the fuel injected models have a different stator with 18 windings (though I've not opened mine yet to check!), compared to the carbed versions with far less and a different plug.

The stator in this image has the same 3 pin plug as my bike:

Does anyone know of decent places to get it reconditioned? I assume this will be much cheaper than a replacement unless used, but those seem to be hard to find.

Infinite, no continuity to ground from any of the stator pins.

Is what most people on here suggest, I haven't used them myself.

Nearly new one here for £95

Did see that one on ebay, but not sure if a 2016 will be different (especially since there was a facelift model in 2010).

Gave west country windings a ring earlier, £126 for reconditioning

Rang Electrex World and they don't do them for the YBR125 - but they pointed me towards bbbikeshop.co.uk which will exchange for £75, so that's sounding like the best option so far unless one pops up on ebay shortly.

I checked the part numbers for the 2014 model (2016 numbers not on the websites) are different but it superceeds the 2007 part.
