Hi folks
I need your advice if you have any idea about this problem

my 250 xmax has reached almost 3000km. Now it doesnt exceed 80km in normal road when we are 2 persons. I feel the motor too tired after riding for half an hour and its performance is so bad comparing with the past. First time I took it to the service they told me there is no problem. however he just tried it between neighbourwoods/

Do you have any idea what can be the problem ?

Couple be simple like drive belt worn, or lack of compression. Try a new spark plug for a start, and check drive belt, rollers. If no problems try compression test.
