I think I've ripped the cone of my sub by pushing 3Kw through it Laughing

Can someone who knows anything about speakers confirm my suspicions since it's a pig to remove and put back in?

I can't see any rips from that video, if you are referring to the creases, that just looks like the cone fibres and is normal, you may have damaged the voicecoil, is there any grating when you push the cone (carefully) by hand?

You're far more likely to have overheated and damaged the voice coil. As suggested, move the cone gently and listen/feel for the coil grating against the magnet or chassis.

If it is damaged, depending on the speaker type there may be recone kits available.
