can i upgrade from 7n to 7 home premium?
some mongtard laid his mitts on my mums laptop when it went wrogn and installed a non genuine windows 7 ultimate N which has since required the key so can i install windows 7 home premium without losing files or is it fresh installl only?

The easiest thing to do, would be putting the wanted data on a different storage device, then doing the fresh instal.

AFAIK, you just put in your genuine key and it changes to the version the key is for.
