Tyre Repair Kits

Hi,
After getting a screw in my tyre Friday (luckely less than half a mile from home) Ive been looking at tyre plug kits, the Dynaplug and Stop 7 Go seem the easiest with the string following till I get to garage or home. Any recommendations please, I thought I would pick up a small compressor and put it all under my seat. Or which is the best sticky string kit.

I've only ever tried to use the sticky cord thing once, but without joy. I couldn't seem to get the cord into the hole or even into the insertion tool.

It's worth noting that the little cans of Co2 aren't adequate for a car tyre - I used 3 and it was still flat. Luckily I had a foot pump and a petrol station round the corner to finish it off.

Yup, stop-and-go mushrooms for me. I carry a small vertical foot pump rather than cannisters.

The kit comes with a variety of stabby and raspy bits. To minimise air loss, shove the pointy bit into the hole while you're between stages.

I prefer the stop and go mushrooms but I fixed wifies car tyre with sticky string (stupid car has a bottle of goo and no spare ) and x000 miles later it is still pumped up.
