And equally I know someone who was 'made redundant' via devious means, who won his tribunal case, and got fuck all out of it. Imagine if he'd stumped up hundreds for that?

It's OK kids, I know we can't afford our bills, but that unlawful dismissal ruling will keep the roof over our head. Thumbs Up

Yes those recordings of the actual managers actually bullying him were spurious. And the two managers being fired for lying at the original tribunal as well.

What happened is the company bought a decision at the high court, which if you look at other cases isn't difficult at all. This ties into whether or not you'd want to take a multinational corporation on with your own cheque book?

Especially when truth and justice always prevail, right?

I hope they get the compensation that they deserve for their unfair dismissals.
