New inflatable under-jacket

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, but I'd like to pick your collective brains for a new biking product. I'm developing an inflatable under-jacket/tabard, which allows for adjustable insulation, suitable for those rides that start off warm, and get cold! It will pack down really small so it can be kept in the top-box/under the seat until needed.

But I need your help to iron out a few requirements/features; to that end, please would you spend 20 seconds to fill in this *very short* survey?
