Well if I was in an emergency situation and dialled 911, I would expect there to be a problem. Lucky for me I only need to dial 999 and if I need to dial quicker 112 |

I've had a OnePlus 3 for about 12 months now, had a sight issue with my first one after about a month where the wifi would randomly turn off/on/off/on and no amount of button pressing would stop it short of a full reboot, contacted customer service, other than the massive time delay (guessing all the customer service is in China) it was handled very smoothly, i had to send my phone to a depot in Germany i think it was, and upon receiving and checking the fault was sent a replacement immediately, luckily i still had my old phone to use in the meantime, so no real hardship
After that, never had a single problem
My other half has had a Huawei phone (similar cheap Chinese built phone) for a similar length of time, and is now getting no end of syncing problems with her Fitbit, seems Huawei aren't on the list of approved devices (not sure if OnePlus are either) but i have not had any problems with either y old Fitbit or my current Pebble
Hope that helps a bit ____________________ Current Bike: Honda CG125 ES4 // Honda CB600FS Hornet // Triumph Street Triple R |

If you read th article dipshit it says it's been replicated on 999, also 911 redirects to 999 in the uk, the problem is the way it connects to the emergency network, so it would be likely to happen on 112 as well. ____________________ Observation is the greatest source of wisdom. |

Nice one, when my OnePlus 3 finally gives up i will certainly be getting whatever latest model is out
As for a decent bumper case, i can highly recommend Orzly products, i have one of their clear bumper cases on my 3 and it fits perfectly, without taking too much away from the aesthetics of the phone
I also use the Orzly Glass Screen Protectors too, very good quality and very easy to apply due to having micro dots on the inside, so it doesn't actually touch glass on glass, so no weird crazing or problems with dust creating bubbles
Some might say they are a bit fragile, but i have dropped my phone twice and broken 2 screen protectors, but never once damaged the screen, so i'm happy to stump up a tenner every year or so for a twin pack of screen protectors ____________________ Current Bike: Honda CG125 ES4 // Honda CB600FS Hornet // Triumph Street Triple R |

The only real annoyance I have is the auto-rotate often stops working and I have to reset the phone.
I thought Oxygen OS was fairly close to stock android? |
Mine was fine for a while, then got really laggy and the battery life plummeted to lasting half a day with me barely touching the phone. I could be annoyed at the battery, but the lag was unbearable.
With Lineage for comparison, I'll easily last from when I unplug it at 7 and until I plug it in again around 1am for bed. Often after a night out I'll just not bother charging it, and I'll have a good 20-30% when I wake up. With no lag too. No idea what the cause was but the difference for me is night and day!
I even flash Oxygen OS again a few times just to see if it got resolved, but happened every time to my phone with Oxygen, and never on Lineage (well, back when this first started, Cyanogen). ____________________ 2004 R1 & 2018 XSR900 |
