Yeah, mysteriously our house seemed to fill up with cats and dogs. Confused

And do they pay taxes? I bet they don't. Mad

Maybe to not worry about material stuff in your teens and as a 20 something. The nice bikes, fast cars and other material stuff can come later and be enjoyed later too.

The years of going out, drinking having fun and holidays with mates etc, and meeting and experimenting with the naughty activities with the opposite sex are probably more important?

I don't regret having the stuff I did, but I've seen other people my age who lived more, drank more, and partied harder or spent much more time flirting and pulling etc. Some of them never had a car or house or other hobbies back then, but when they stopped the fast living life style, they wanted for far less and bought house's,and now lead much more simple and content lives with all the going out/having fun years happily behind them, as they've seen and done it all ages ago.

Quit that job you hate, it will make you miserable and will take a long time for you to get over the anger and resentment that you build up from it.

When someone asks you for a second chance at that friendship, don't bother. They are going to cut you out and ignore you for months again before deciding that they can now speak to you once more. Just save yourself the hassle and move on.

Also don't sweat it about travelling alone. Nothing bad is going to happen and you are going to have a brilliant time!

Who do you think is propping up the housing bubble? Razz

I assume you've seen how rabid things can get out there when the shit hits the fan? The govt has been giving the locals heavily subsidised housing for years, on paper you now have secretaries who are wealthier than their ex-pat bosses.

Now imagine 1 billion people who thought they were worth 2-3million, who are now worth sweet FA and imagine how that shit will go down Wink There's only so much deflection of public anger a govt can do.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the govt will do everything in their power to stop that bubble bursting.
