I use the "Vehicle Smart" app.

I'm sure I heard about it on this forum a while ago. Anyway it's a really well designed app that does what you need it to do very well.

You absolute beauty! Karma

I get the reminder for insurance and the road tax auto-renews, but I have forgotten the MoT on my bike before now.

Signed up.

Well, you can look up MOT info on any vehicle now, and why not? A vehicle is not a person, like a Freemental is not a ship.

I just have a Yahoo calendar which auto syncs on my computer and phone; as well as containing any and all appointments etc it also has loads of automatic annual reminders which email me (if I want) - not just insurance, MOT, tax but other stuff like phone/broadband contracts (time to renegotiate them after 12 months - they won't remind you!), birthdays that you need to remember and so on. I've even got ones for my passport and driving licence expiry dates, years away. Darned sight easier keeping them all in one place rather than having different reminder services all over the place!

Still don’t understand what’s wrong with a recurring calendar entry, if you’ve got email you’ve probably got a calendar?

Dammit. I'm going to get reminders for every vehicle I own, have ever owned, or that takes my fancy. Money's worth.
