But despite the obvious provocation and the service that would provide to the wider community, cabbie deliberately
using his vehicle as a weapon would land him in very, very hot water. Which would in our perverse justice system
make Smackie Mcsmackhead the victim in all of this. Better to just get out and thump him tbh, upon viewing of the video
the beak would almost certainly let it slide, if indeed it ever got that far.

Not really a "cyclist", they're generally eco Greeny types. This guy is a chavvy smack head whose few brain cells are in his two fists. Just because you show compassion in not running him down doesn't mean he isn't going to beat you into a coma and be out on early release in 3 years while you are worm food. A manslaughter conviction is way shorter than the sentence for being a victim of a manslaughter.
