Hey, on friday (1st sept) i collected a 7 year old SYM Gts Evo 125cc scooter. its a maxi/executive scooter which means it has large plastic fairings over the handle bars meaning i cant mount my phone on it. i just ask for advice of where i could mount my phone for directions. the windscreen vibrates too much for a suction mount and there are no other suitable mounting points i can find. Any help appreciated along with any general advice.

Ahoy. What I did on my Burgman was to get a universal suction mount with a stalk, then lop off the suction end:

Then I ran the stalk down beside the brake reservoir (can't recall which side) and cable tied it in place with eleventeen ties to all the wires and cables down there.

A bit ghetto, but it was secure enough.

Can you not get a phone to which you can mount a motorbike?
Would that be easier?
