Hi you all......question...if you bought a bike off ebay would you expect it to do more than 115 miles ? before seizing that is ?

I wouldn't expect any help from the seller if that's what you mean? I'd only expect that if I bought from a company.

cheap sh*ts cheap on ebay for a reason...
With that being said, ebay do seem to favour the buyers so it may be worth opening a claim/dispute if its been not been to long...
