What are those internal cable levers called?

I was trying to find some of those old style (but modern made) cable levers where the lever works backwards on the handlebars and pulls the cable from within the handlebar tube but I can't find any and I'm not sure what to be searching for. What are they called?

I'm not interested in the twist grip that uses an internal throttle cable, I'm only looking for the levers.

On push-bikes they are called aero levers.

That's the thing, only I guess the magic word I was looking for was "inverted". Easy to find then.
