Has it got power to the coil when cranking?
Also i would be checking if current is passing through all them stop / kill / safety switches.

There's power at the green wire that goes to the coil with key on and without cranking. Thanks for the reply

With ignition switched off check the spark plug, lead and coil resistances.

I have taken the coil off and checked the resistances and they seem ok

Did you check the lead and spark plug?
Next is checking the pulser coil and the gap.
