top speed issues rieju marathon 125 pro sm

i have a rieju marathon 125 pro sm when i first got it it would happily do 70mph now it doesn't want to do more than 60mph
the tire are the correct pressures
the chain is not to slack
the air filter is clean
and it derestricted

has any else have the same issues as the dealer say there nothing wrong with it

rieju's have a yam engine with a carb dumped on it? poke around with that first.

or..

my other 125 speed tips:

take the wing mirrors off
take the rear pegs off
remove the seat
remove Brakes, they just slow you down *ba-dum-tsst*
cut the bars to stubby length
drill many holes in the airbox...because the internet says so.
remove all bolts you deem unnecessary.
remove the rider.

= speed gain, 3mph = win
