Hello!
Was horrified today to find that stepstalk puts his bike gear in a bin bag under the front wheel so he doesn't have to carry it around, a little too trusting of his fellow man! So, with a birthday coming soon that's the pressie sorted, a secure mesh lined bag, but which one to get? Anyone with any experience to recommend a bag to hold leathers and boots ( helmet goes in Topbox) but still fold down small?
Thanks in advance
Stalk.

Have a Pacsafe helmet bag and a bit of a faf putting it together and bag itself seems secure.
Which is more than can be said for padlock supplied which could be opened with anything. So change that immediately.
Use lockable panniers now.

To feed off this thread slightly, Does anyone else use or do anything different to secure helmet / jacket to or around their bike when leaving it for a while. e.g. sightseeing / day trip?

I use a topbox, and shove everything in there.

If I'm not on work business I'll usually be wearing Kevlar Jeans so eliminates the trousers. Even on work business I wear black cargo Kevlar...

If the helmet won't fit, but jacket trousers will most bikes have a hoop under the seat for your helmets D lock to hook round to secure it.

Personally, just a helmet in topbox; but I've come across people using a straightforward cable lock to secure stuff like jackets (ie threaded down a sleeve)
