Hot wiring should be simple enough. There's no immobiliser, figure out what wire combination gives you power to the rest of the bike, done. There will be 4 to 5 wires, all having the same colour.
A friend of mine's bike was stolen and then returned by the 5-0. The thief wired in an old switch from a desktop lamp. Flicking the switch would turn the ignition ON/OFF. My mate ripped that out, bought a new ignition barrel, wired it in himself and it was working again.
Extraction of the key, try a strong magnet (if the key is magnetic).
OR, and that is not a popular answer, call a locksmith. He'll have it out in no time, the MCN's £5 tools should work as well. ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ
