Just because.

Seems like a shit area with high crime as far as I've read they're wanting to bulldoze the place so just another reason to add to the list.

It's a multi story carpark for Catford's main shopping area.

I used to walk through it every morning on my way to school back in the age of the dinosaurs...

Could be accidental, a couple of times I've reported bikes pissing petrol to attendants in City of London car parks.
