New noise. I really hope its not a rod. before it started I adjusted my cam chain, It was making some noise so i tightened it til the noise went away. then rode probably 80 miles and this new noise came up. other symptoms was at idle if i reved it up quickly then snapped the throttle back down it would die. I will attach a video of the noise. Any Ideas?

Just had the carbs serviced, rebuilt and synced by a shop.
Did a oil change myself.
adjusted the cam chain myself.

Bike is a Suzuki GSF600S bandit (miles 16K)

Why adjust the cam chain. It's self adjusting. Assume you mean drive chain...

However just sounds noisy. Any leaks at the actual header pipes, most tapping would come from that area having a slight leak.

Here are a few things I forgot to say. I just did the cam chain because it was making a rattling noise from it that the mechanic mentioned and I heard. My cam chain adjuster is not stock it doesn't self tighten. I also forgot that the mileage showing is not correct. Also I just got this bike alot of mystery.

So you took the cover off, measured it and adjusted....

Yeah, get the stock tensioner and leave it.

I checked all the bolts are tight. Any other way to check headers?

Yes I put some gasket sealer around the half moons. I didn't check the cam chain timing because didn't know how.

Just for taking headers off instant new gasket??

When you adjusted the clearances, did you make sure each set of valves were adjusted when the corresponding cylinder was at TDC on the compression stroke?

Sounds like you may have overtightened the tensioner and taken out a main journal.
