Follow on from Long ago, my solicitor.. not naming names has seemed to be against me since day 1, requesting i get cctv evidence and such...

Anyway, liability was denied by the insurers and the solicitor based on this has refused to continue with the case because we may not win if it goes to court...

Anyone had dealings with no win no fee that will take a case on with liability being denied?

You should'a been hit by the guy who ran into one of my workmates yesterday.
New driver made a mistake and crumpled the wheel arch of a BMW, which he was a passenger in. The guy contacted his insurers right at the scene, they spoke to the two occupants of the BMW and offered them £1350 compensation right there and then. They'll have money in the bank by Tuesday.

Mind you they didn't try to rage-exit a running motor being driven by a mad woman...
