The White Helmets are no more as you may or may not know. Bit dated but a bit of history none the less.
Anyways some of the bikes are up for auction if you have a spare several grand lying about.

Good investment I suppose if you can afford.
For the record the Purple Helmets are far superior but dont think they have the same meticulous maintenance standards.

I'm not exactly old, and I heard about then plenty of times as a kid.

A vintage motorcycle which has been exclusively ridden by squaddies and maintained by REME.

It will be totally. Totally. Fucked.

When I used to play motoball at bike shows , we came across them a couple of times.
I found them to be a bit full themselves.

Personally I’m not fussed they’re disbanded.

I’d more disappointed if the Red Arrows were to fold up.

Used to see them all the time when I was a kid and went to the royal tournament back in the 90s.

Nice bit of fun. The old classic stunt riding, balancing acts, timing zig zagging through each other.

Shame their hanging up their helmets but since the royal tournament ended in 2000 I've never heard of them performing again.. guess there isn't that much call for it any more. Kids these days like something a bit more death defying and spectacular.

They were disbanded due to a ruckus when filling up at a petrol station one afternoon.

Pump Jockey refused to turn the pumps on for them.
