Yep, that's the right answer. Just continue to let cunts be cunts without even trying to get some sort of justice.

If we give up trying to keep society civil, what is even the point anymore?

Actually, what IS even the point anymore?

Thanks. bottom line is the police wont do anything and insurance company will hike your premium regardless.

So if you do not mind being financially out of pocket in the name of justice go for it.

Crash more often (like me) and you never end up out of pocket to the insurance companies. I'm definitely winning that cash war.

That seems the only way to do it, although they may accuse you of defrauding them Razz.
My Nan was in a car park when someone reversed into her, minor bumper damage other party admitted liability and her premium doubled anyway. Total BS government really need to go to town on these insurance companies.

Okay a bit late but I think it was worth posting a conclusion to what happened

-Taxi's insurance paid out for everything if I had no rear view cam I would've lost
-My insurance renewal was cheaper this year
-Plantec Assist provide horrible customer service borderline to the point that I would rather repair the bike my self.

I'm not posting the footage, but I'd advise other bikers to try getting some type of rear view cam to avoid a similar albeit rare and strange situation

Oh yeah and the police didn't deem it to be serious enough for anything, they just sent him a letter to remind him to drive like a good boy or something.

Good result!

So what you are saying is that there is a danger of being hit from behind in some form whilst stationary on a motorcycle. Interesting.

Evidently. I'm a bit puzzled as to why you wouldn't explain that decision though - you surely could've anticipated people wanting to see it.

Picadilly will be awash with CCTV. Did you not try to get the CCTV footage from cops/businesses?

I can see the OP's reluctance to post the footage, considering that there is legal action either sorted or ongoing. I would personally not ever give the "other side" any chance whatever to muddy the proceedings. IMHO it's a bit like the official responses to press questions "we are not able to comment on any matter which is under investigation"

Agreed, post the damn footage, bit lame not to. Unless you are doing 100mph wheelies or shooting people...
