If home is a big city then there's no escaping it I'm afraid. Until perhaps Rogers final solution is made viable.

Get your story straight first. Ahem:

"Thank god you've arrived officer! It's terrible, I don't know what to do! "

I think you'll find he was actually riding erratically like he was on drink or drugs and veered into your path. You braked hard and swerved to avoid him but there was nothing you could do, you were right on top of him when he made the manouver.

Then he pulled a screwdriver when you went to check he was ok -yes officer, that one right there, must have stolen it from a van toolkit just like mine- and that's why you were battering him round the head with a big lump of wood when the police arrived.

nope home is a small village about 20 miles from brum

I refuse to ride into brum at the moment as chavped would be a right target

It's a bit harsh calling Wolves a small village !! Laughing

Not good though, and they're right any bigish city or town it's quite likely to happen. I've not been jacked, but I've had 4 bikes nicked over the years Crying or Very sad

It's getting worse now the scum from other cities are learning from what the London bastards get up to.

Doing it to a girl is terrible, I know it's bad for blokes as well but to a girl Evil or Very Mad

The vigilantism will start one day, and I mean seriously start, not the odd delivery riders outing that wait for the police to turn up. I mean serious beatings, and the sooner the better. Thumbs Up

I have been lucky (well, sort of lucky), in that I only ever had one bike stolen in my life, an FJ1200. Black and gold, lovely thing and the fucker totalled it on a roundabout.

I got my own back on him though Cool

Sads, but I expect that'll be burned out by now.

Is she a looker? If so, Local Rag Sadface might be worth a punt to try and shame Dibble into feeling some collars, but until cases go to Crown and real judges start throwing away the key, it's not going to stop.

There's an account on Instagram called 'biketakerrr', they brag about stealing bikes and post pictures of them on their account. Might be an add to see if it pops up?

Edit: Based in Bristol

More than likely had a go at my Blackbird too. Seems like it's not just North Bristol that's been hit by them.

Cheers Andy, my ex used to work at the school not too far from there, not a particularly nice area.
