Usually within your diet. (less fun and no eating late) Add some barocca each morning and some excerise.

When i'm feeling like that, I know i need to cut back on drinking redbull, smoke a bit less weed and try and be a bit busier.

The dark mornings / evening really don't help, but extra iron will help.

Probiotics.

Not the drinks sort, in a pill. That way they get down to your gut before the stomach acid kills them all.

Or.......

Viagra

Get yoursel' hooked up with a really fit and enthusiastic bird.

No need for any diet or lifestyle change if she's keen on you.

Cool

I recently read a book called Gut (by some German Doctoress).

In the words of the Late Mr. Spock it was fascinating.

I always understood we get our enrichment from breaking down what we eat via enzymes in our guts.
Recent research indicates that bacteria do most of the work and bacteria that rely on other bacteria to live.

And eating someone's poo can help you restore the vital flora if it is lost because of some infection, antibiotic use or due to some kind of surgical procedures.

Which means that 'Two Girls and One Cup' was not, as most folk assumed, Deviant Porn. It was simply a Health Education Video. (I think Shocked )

Joking aside, there are some half decent podcasts I've listened to that have given me a bit of a kick up the backside to get on and do things.
Now I'm trying to recall them, I can't think what they were. Neutral

Any suggestions from the masses?

About 25% of Ste's video collection, I imagine. They're mad for it.

I found I had more energy within a couple of weeks, when I gave up the snouts
(10 years this year, cold turkey, no sissy vaping)

But also, the occasional blast of Berocca (or supermarket equivalent) doesn't hurt.
Don't tell yourself "I bet this doesn't work".
Instead : "I took some multivitamins, therefore I shall have a spring in my step".

Smoothies work for me like that as well: "Look at all this good health* I am drinking cos I am too busy/lazy/stoner to eat proper meals".

Variously over the years, I've been given prescriptions by the quack of vitamin D tablets and folic acid, which I never finished the course, so every now and then I just neck one or two of those, along with a 5-H-proxy-moxy-poxy-whatever gives you the serotonin.

The vit D and folic acid are cheap to buy over-the-counter, although that 5HTP stuff is fuckety-expensive at Holland and Barrett. Next time I'll take out a mortgage.

If you do end up having to take iron, take it with a chaser of vitamin C to help it disperse into your body better.

*and probably atrocious amounts of sugar ... Rolling Eyes

Not the 2 girls 1 cup thing, just mentalist Krauts in general.
They're all barking.
I quite like the Krauts as a people, but they are quite definitely not the full quids-worth.

How do I know my youth is all spent?
My get-up-and-go has got up and went!
But, in spite of it all, I’m able to grin
And think of the places my getup has been!
