Could anybody tell me if this pattern on my tyre is normal, and if not, what may have caused it?
The middle strip around the entire tyre is raised by maybe 0.5-1mm, leaving those ridges mirrored either side of the raised strip.

I've had squared off tyres before and this seems like the opposite of that.
The tyre is a BT45 and maybe 3 months/1000 miles old.
The PSI is set to Haynes spec and hasn't lost even 1 PSI since the tyres were fitted.
I know a lot of tyres have harder rubber compounds along the middle for us straight line heroes, but I've never seen it before. ____________________ The above post is most likely nonsensical.

Cheers all, I guess as long as it is MOTable and doesn't harm handling it shouldn't be a concern then. ____________________ The above post is most likely nonsensical.
