The biggest issue with those is they made them in yellow Sick

Seriously, I don't think beyond dodgy Suzuki electrics there are any inherent faults with them. They stand up well to abuse but can get a bit scabby due to dodgy Suzuki build quality. maybe take a multimeter with you and check charging voltages when it's running, look through the history for replacement batteries, reg/recs etc.

The bike isn't actually advertised for sale, just heard through word of mouth. its basically been sitting in the lads garage for a good few year. I can remember when he was using the bike it was extremely tidy so though it would be worth a look. the fact its been sitting may bring its own issues though.

And so begins the info drip.

Battery, tyres, tank rust, seized breaks, dried out chain and bearings, bounce hell out of the suspension and see if anything leaks.

Perished and dry rubber items. Might be an issue, might not.

I honestly do not remember the post, it would have been over 30 minutes ago.

But if I did behave as you describe, I owe you the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate manflu behavior, and I am sorry for the feelings you describe as having carried with you all these minutes.

Also, I am now living openly as a gay borg.
