Yes, I agree with that - mine was rather rusty after 2 winter commutes - typically under the yokes got quite bad, not much left of the zorst, a bit of pitting on the forks - I was constantly scratching off little spots of rust. The sexy blue colour scheme more than made up for it!
A General Overview...
Reliability - had mine for 15 months, only broke down once when the HT lead disconnected itself, leaving me stranded.
Apart from that, bullet-proof - regularly saw over 11,000rpm and never sounded like it would blow up.
Acceleration from standing is pretty good, however you won't get to 60 awfully fast, and there's fook all go beyond 45mph, though it did see 73mph on the clocks
Unbelievable fuel range - 120 miles on a 10-litre tank, I only need to fill up once every 2 weeks, costing me £5-6 a go! Didn't use a drop of oil either.
Filtering is a bit dodgy - beware of white vans, as you'll be bashing their mirrors with alarming regularity (problem solved when I bought my RS instead ). You can get away with one mirror though, as that's all they sell on the DNA 50. ____________________ "...
