Not going into detail.

Having the name of a small cowboy company who totally ripped off my old parents and ruthlessly took them for money 'leagally' and laughed my piss is boiling Twisted Evil

Having a postal and email address how can I bring down a shower of shit on these bastards and not be traced?

Asking them to come and do quotes for big jobs at various different points of the country should annoy them sufficiently Smile

Hopefully to the point where they start turning down legitimate work because they think its you again Smile

Also : sign them up to rainpal updates obvs.

Report to police, report to trading standards, report to local rags. baww to local MP / Dibble Commissioner, invoice then sue them for the money.

Oh, you meant something ineffective?

Seeing as they probably are'nt the brightest. You could try some of the dark web type sites to see if the person named at that company has ever had his card details / logins hacked and posted.

Buying loads of random crap for him would be fun Smile

Or finding out that his hacked password is the same one he uses for everything and getting into his twitter / facebook would be equally as entertaining. Smile

Not going into detail.

I know a most effective revenge tactic.

But I'm not going into detail.

The legal way gets money ........ but no satisfaction for harassment threats or stress.

Any idea's or pointers? There will be no details due to legalities.

Am I asking too much of BCF comrades?

Sue them, spend the money on paying a local lag to burn their premises down sending them glitter bombs.

Educate your parents to choose suppliers/contractors more wisely next time?

Whatever you do to this scammer he'll be fine. Seen it all before I'm sure. Even if you ruin his reputation he'll just open up again under a new name.

You're complaining about them taking money. Yet you want to retaliate in a way that financially harms a non-involved local business? Rolling Eyes

Dod they do a good job? Agreed quote before start of works? Explained all extras before doing them or charging for them? Invoice issued? If so than u can f off.
If no than ask for invoice or u will speak to tax man (that works believe me), trading standards.

Trading standards/citizens advice or coppers.
Anything else wouldn't bother them.
Speaking from similar experience.
