Yamaha MT125 rear brake pedal - Is it the same as the MT07?

Hey all,

I have a Yamaha MT125; I was recently in a road accident, my bike sustained some superficial damage. The only real issue is that the peg for my rear brake pedal snapped off when I fell. I have asked around my local Yamaha dealers and local bike mechanics and most have quoted me between £40 - £60 for a new one.

A work colleague has an MT07 and installed a custom shift pedal and rear brake pedal. He has said I can have his rear brake pedal for free, have searched online but can not seem to find if the rear brake pedal for the MT07 will fit my MT125.

If anyone has any useful information or could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

Have a look at the parts diagram: https://www.fowlersparts.co.uk I'd be surprised if it did.
