On a quick[*] skim, it's almost as though he implied that time on a tiddler is... wasted.
No, that can't be right.

Rather depends on the hill, the 125 and the rider...
The Cairngorm mountains on a Generic chinky bike-in-a-box, with a dodgy 'performance' CDi, a bit of ply-wood for a seat to lower it for hobbit-legs, and self taught, car driver, short shift tedancies, are a rather different proposition to a national level racer, familiar with a 'power-band' and an expert at stirring cogs, tackling the Isle-of-Man mountain course on a Honda RS125 GP bike!!!! Same engine displacements........ |
Well there you go OP; just grab yourself an RS125 GP bike (or a Fireblade, and ride it just as illegally). |

Did I say PCX 125?
I'll say PCX 125.
Maybe twice. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

I'm 6' and 16 stone. I happily commute on Yamaha MT125. Front suspension would love some more flexibility (read harder springs), but I find it OK until I try to break hard. Hills are not a problem, you just downshift
I'm sure you could pick up MT125 around 2-2.5 years old in a decent state for £2k.
Good luck with re-taking full A. ____________________

But I wouldn't be. I don't get your point. Do you even BCF? ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
