I always see pricks in america riding in a wife beater and nothing else no problem, I wonder is this just me or the cold weather here doesn't allow for exposed neck? My motorcycle friends have never had this issue which worries me.

In winter I will be mostly riding with a hoody. Do not like plain jumpers they leave back of neck exposed. On the coldest days I will have jumper and a hoody under jacket.
