I had to sell the 1200st due to having spine surgery earlier this year, to my great regret.

However, I've bought an old Kawasaki GT 550 to potter around with and on, as a nice old sit up and beg lazy bike.

Let's see if it all works out ok.

The funny thing is that a GT550 is better on fuel than my CBF500 AND my Inazuma 250.... I was getting 65-75 MPG.

Yeah, It's been stood for a couple of years, but fires up nicely, needs a bi of a recommision.
Brakes are a sticky, but work, all electrics are ok, Can't see any mudguard rot etc, quite pleased with it for the price.

Haven't a clue who made the fairing, but should be comfy behind it

That's a Rickman fairing.

Zero on here had the same one on his CX500.

As far as as I remember he sold the fairing for more than the bike when he parted with it.
