Not sure what it should sound like normally, but probably not like that
Could be major bearing failure or possibly loose pulleys if yer lucky
As its a stinky stroke, I'd want to check if the oil pump is working.
and actually supplying oil.
If it isnt then major bearings are likely gone

So I just took it apart, gudgeon pin is lose, it has movements up and down, I think that it should be like that and then the whole piston is really wobbly.

Judging by the number of speedfight owners who come on here with their fucked bikes, the mere fact it starts means it makes an unsual noise...

If the gudgeon pin is wobbling about, I would check to see if the small end bearing has disintegrated. Top end kits for these little 2-strokes are cheap, so if there's been any damage to the piston and bore I would replace the lot. If you find that the bearing has broken up make sure there aren't any bits left in the engine.

Before you go spending any money, though, check for vertical play in the conrod - if there is any then you're going to be needing new crank bearings at the very least, and you may want to consider getting a second hand engine or, as it's a Peugeot, throwing the whole bike in the nearest skip.
