Standard procedure is to seize anything with any sort of memory: computers, tablets, phones, routers, cameras, memory cards, even TVs and associated boxes now just in case they're smart devices. Dibble doesn't care, it's all going in the back of the van.
It then gets slung in the evidence locker, and after 6 months is either lost or rekt or on eBay. You're more likely to receive a Sinkpal than to get your stuff back.
Fitezy is royally screwed even if he's never prosecuted, let alone convicted.
I hope the Adams are proud of themselves. It's probably the first thing they've ever successfully achieved. |

You seem to be unaware of the seriousness of the crime of which you've accused Craig, despite wailing about it for so long. I linked to the CPS guidance on it earlier. There are three separate Acts for the police and CPS to choose from, all of which create indictable offences. That means the magistrates could pass it on to Crown court for a sentence exceeding 6 months.
"Hate crime" - your words - is a strong aggravating factor and makes it more likely that this is what will happen. This is also very likely why Craig has actually been arrested and detained. All Forces and the CPS (under that harridan Alison Saunders) have departments and budgets specifically dedicated to investigating "hate crime". Their goal is not to hand out cautions, it is to obtain convictions - this is target driven policing and prosecution. And I remind you, mere perception by the victim is sufficient to qualify. Reality is neither here nor there.
Immediate custody is indicated when there is strong likelihood of continuing offending. Again, your claim that Craig continues to call you "50 times a day" is the cause of this. As Pol noted, prevention of evidence tampering is also a factor in keeping a suspect in custody while the investigation is carried out.
You apparently consider the existence of this thread to constitute continuing "harassment". And yet here you are, hiding behind a nickname, but posting in your inimitable repetitive bombastic style, unswayed by reason or even common human decency.
It seems to me that your goal isn't to see this thread deleted, or even to change anyone's mind about Rainpal: it's simply to gloat that you've ruined a decent man's life.
