Most decent motor factors type shops. It doesn't have to be Plus Gas either, as long as it's a penetrating oil it'll work just fine. Thumbs Up

Wickes and B&Q both had it last I checked. (granted this was a long time ago)

Screwfix does a no nonsense penetrating fluid. I bought a can a few weeks ago it's pretty much the same but smells a bit weaker.

Well WD (Water Dispersant) 40 isn't designed as a penetrating oil whereas something labelled "Somebrand Penetrating Oil" will actually be designed to do the job. Plus Gas just happens to be the original brand.

Euro Car Parts, Tool Station, pretty much any auto factors, etc etc etc.

Wickes sell their own brand one and I think B&Q also sell their own one.

There's a specific flavour of WD40 which is a penetrating oil.

tl;dr everywhere sells it. Apart from Halfrauds.

Halfauds did sell penetrating oil as I had a can with their branding. I did not find it any more effective than water dispersant oils.

Some time ago it was said that a 50;50 mix? of transmission oil and petrol works better.

Don't know exactly what you need Plus Gas for but Diesel fuel makes a pretty good penetrating oil ,and its cheap enough that you can submerge items in a bucketful of the stuff. It also makes a pretty good drill lubricant/coolant.

A 50:50 mix of ATF and paraffin makes an acceptable penetrating oil.

There's lots of Plus Gas rivals all designed to do the same job. You'd get at least one brand at Wilko etc.

Sounds a bit like the ACF 50 is the only anti corrosion treatment that won't see your bike rot to dust in 5minutes flat syndrome.

Some of us use ATF and acetone 50/50 mix, normally used to free two stroke cylinders , can take up to a couple of weeks to penetrate

To which I would always add the caveat that acetone and rubber or plastic componants (oil seals, airbox rubbers, carb gaskets etc) do not always play well together.

PlusGas and Loctite Freeze & Release both handy for cracking open stubborn nuts & bolts. Both available on eBay / Amazon.

Comma release oil, rather unsurprisingly, releases stuck nuts. On par with Plusgas I'd say.

It's their own brand. Works fine

https://www.screwfix.com/p/no-nonsense-penetrating-lubricating-oil-750ml/19320#_=p

Toolstation have their own as well...

https://www.toolstation.com/shop/p62311?searchstr=penetrating%20

As well as WD40's version.....

https://www.toolstation.com/shop/p20970?searchstr=penetr

Don't get fixated on brand names.

Triflow is what you need.
SAS 20 also works very well too.

Duck oil is also still on the market. It was one of the first penetrating/releasing oils. It has the advantage of coming in a can as well as an aerosol which makes it more cost effective if buying in bulk.
